We make every effort to keep down the cost of your dental care and we do our best to adjust to our patients' requirements in planning for a wise investment in their superior periodontal health. Therefore, we feel that it is our responsibility to inform all patients of the charges required for various treatment plans.
If your treatment program requires several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to discuss financial arrangements with our office administrator. If you have dental insurance, we will try to help you understand your coverage. Please remember that insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payment.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within for to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
